Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (Brazil):
Free shipping on orders above R$550.00.
Estimated delivery times:
- São Paulo (capital): 2–5 business days
- Southeast (Sudeste): 3–7 business days
- South & Midwest (Sul/Centro-Oeste): 5–10 business days
- North & Northeast (Norte/Nordeste): 7–12 business days
Carriers: Correios and other reliable logistics partners depending on your region.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: International orders are shipped via HDL Global Logistics. Availability, pricing, customs duties, and import taxes vary by destination country. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
EU Deliveries: We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after dispatch (maximum 30 calendar days in accordance with EU consumer law — Directive 2011/83/EU). VAT and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
