5. Shipping & Delivery Domestic orders are delivered within the timeframes described in our Shipping Policy. EU customers are entitled to delivery within 30 calendar days in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.
